All orders under £50 will have a shipping fee of £4. Orders over £50 will have free next day tracked delivery.

Where is the jewellery made?

The jewellery is handmade in Taxco, Mexico by a number of small family run businesses that live in the town. A beautiful and historic town with a rich history of making silver jewellery.

 

Is the jewellery hallmarked?

All the jewellery is 0.925 sterling silver

All pieces weighing more than 7.78 grams are hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office. We can assure you that even for the items that do not possess a stamp they are still .925 sterling silver.

What is the returns policy?

For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer returns on pierced earrings

Sterling silver is a hypoallergenic metal, perfect for people who have allergic reactions to certain types of metal.

 

How do I care for and clean silver jewellery?

Each piece of jewellery is cleaned on the day that it is sent out to you, so it will arrive in pristine condition.

Depending on the frequency that Silver jewellery is worn means that it will require cleaning once every 1-3 months. Sterling silver jewellery can be cleaned with a soft microfibre cloth or for a deeper clean with mild washing up liquid and a soft bristle toothbrush. Store in a dark, cool and dry place. We recommend avoiding contact with cosmetics and chemicals.
